Siparişin ilerleyişi

Müşteri ürün, renk ve paket sayılarını seçer; nakliye tercihini, teslimat bilgilerini ve ödeme tercihini girer. Sitede sipariş kaydı oluşturulur ve müşteri WhatsApp üzerinden işletmeyle görüşmeye devam eder. Sipariş kaydı oluşturulması ödeme alındığı anlamına gelmez. Sitede sanal POS veya kredi kartıyla tahsilat bulunmaz.

Satış öncesi yazılı özet

Satış tamamlanmadan önce stok uygunluğu, ürün ve paket miktarları, para birimi, vergiler dahil nihai toplam, varsa nakliye ve diğer masraflar, ödeme yöntemi, teslimat adresi ve süresi ile iptal/iade koşulları müşteriye yazılı olarak netleştirilir. Müşteri bilgileri kontrol ederek siparişe özel koşulları teyit eder.

Order process

Customers choose products, colours and packs, then enter shipping, delivery and payment preferences. The site creates an order record and the conversation continues with the business through WhatsApp. Creating a record does not mean payment has been collected. The website has no virtual POS or credit-card collection.

Written summary before the sale

Before the sale is completed, stock availability, products and pack quantities, currency, final total including taxes, any shipping or other charges, payment method, delivery address and timing, and cancellation/return conditions must be clarified in writing. The customer checks and confirms the order-specific terms.

This page explains the general shopping process.
