İşletmeci ve kapsam

Dassi Kids (dassikids.com), Nurullah Ağırman tarafından işletilen toptan çocuk giyim platformudur. İşletme adresi Telsiz Mahallesi, 101. Sokak No: 78/80 B, Zeytinburnu, İstanbul; iletişim e-postası dassikids47@gmail.com’dur. Bu koşullar üyelik ve site kullanımını düzenler.

Hesap oluşturma ve güvenlik

Üye, verdiği bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasından, şifresinin korunmasından ve hesabı üzerinden yetkili kişilerce işlem yapılmasından sorumludur. Bir işletme adına işlem yapan kişinin işletmeyi temsil yetkisi bulunmalıdır. Yetkisiz kullanım şüphesinde işletmeye haber verilmelidir.

Katalog ve sipariş

Üyelik ücretsizdir. Güncel fiyatlar üyelere gösterilir. Üye, siparişini göndermeden önce ürün, renk, yaş, paket ve miktar bilgilerini kontrol eder. Sitede sipariş kaydı oluşturulması ödeme yapıldığı anlamına gelmez. Siparişin teyidi, stok uygunluğu, ödeme ve teslimat ayrıntıları işletmeyle görüşülür. Nakliye sipariş sonrasında müşteriyle ayrıca görüşülür.

İletişim tercihleri

Yeni ürün ve kampanya duyuruları için tercih sunulması üyelikten ayrıdır. Duyuru izni vermemek üyeliğe veya siparişe engel değildir. WhatsApp ve e-posta tercihleri ayrı kaydedilir; Hesabım bölümünden değiştirilebilir veya işletmeye talep iletilerek geri çekilebilir. Sipariş, güvenlik ve hesap işlemleriyle ilgili gerekli mesajlar kampanya duyurularından ayrıdır.

Kişisel veriler ve kullanım

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Aydınlatma Metni’nde açıklanır. Siteye zarar vermek, başkasının hesabına izinsiz erişmek ve hizmetin çalışmasını engellemek yasaktır. Güvenlik veya kötüye kullanım nedeniyle gerekli ve ölçülü erişim önlemleri alınabilir.

İletişim ve güncellemeler

Hesap, sipariş ve üyelik taleplerinizi dassikids47@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Koşulların sürümü ve kabul zamanı kaydedilir. Sonradan yayımlanan bir metin, geçmişte kabul edilmiş sayılmaz. Üyeliğin sona erdirilmesi talepleri işletmeye iletilebilir; kanunen tutulması gereken kayıtlar ilgili yükümlülükler kapsamında değerlendirilir. Emredici mevzuattan doğan haklar saklıdır.

Account and security

Members must provide accurate and current information, protect their passwords and ensure that authorised persons use their accounts. A person acting for a business must be authorised to represent it. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported to the operator.

Catalogue and orders

Membership is free. Current prices are shown to members. Before submitting an order, the member checks the products, colours, ages, packs and quantities. Creating an order record does not constitute payment. Order confirmation, stock availability, payment and delivery arrangements are discussed with the operator. Freight arrangements are discussed separately after the order.

Communication preferences

New-product and campaign preferences are separate from membership. Declining them does not prevent membership or ordering. WhatsApp and email choices are recorded separately and may be changed in My Account or withdrawn by contacting the operator. Necessary order, security and account messages are separate from promotional announcements.

Personal data and use

The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing. Damaging the site, accessing another person’s account without permission and disrupting the service are prohibited. Necessary and proportionate access measures may be taken to address security incidents or misuse.

Contact and updates

Send account, order and membership requests to dassikids47@gmail.com. The version of the terms and acceptance time are recorded. A later version is not treated as already accepted. Account-closure requests may be sent to the operator; records subject to legal retention are assessed under the applicable obligations. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
